What a busy week!

Well a lot has been happening in P6 this week.  First of all Mrs Radcliffe is back after having had her baby, so P6 are all getting used to a new teacher and some new routines.  Secondly there has been a Kids' Club on this week during school from one to two.  P6 have had great fun singing songs about God, listening to Bible stories, watching funny videos and taking pa

Viking Day

Primary six had great fun taking part in Viking Day on Tuesday 13th October.  We took part in lots of activities and challenges.  We all had a go at weaving wool to make clothes and sticks to make Viking longhouses.  Some children enjoyed dressing up like a Viking and learning how to play a Viking game.  We learnt all about Viking weapons, had a go at making our own spear

Bronze Award Achieved!!

Last week Johnny from Sustrans dropped by to present us with our Bronze School Mark Award for Sustainable Travel.

This means we are now working towards our Silver Award, this year.

Stand by Me

On Tuesday 29th September, we had our first fundraiser of the new term for "Stand by Me." We are continuing to sponsor a school in Dembi Dollo, Ethiopia.

Annual Outing We have now paid the final payment for our Annual Outing to the Grand Opera House on Friday 8th January 2016 at 1.30 p.m. I am sure we will once again have an excellent time.

Welcome to P.5!

As a new academic year begins it has been lovely to see all of the P.5 children looking refreshed and ready for an exciting year ahead!  We have now settled well into the routines of a new year group and have been getting used to being at the senior end of the school.
