Congratulations          To the Primary 7 pupils on the Transfer Results.  We wish all our pupils well as they now prepare to progress on to the next stage of education.

Art in Primary 6

We have been enjoying art in P6.  Miss Owen and Mrs Radcliffe have been teaching us how to make a number of different things.  We have been able to use clay, card, chalk, paint, glue, glitter and lots of different textiles.  We have made pieces of art linked with the topic of 'The Vikings' and we are now starting to work on art linked with our new topic, 'The Roman

Winter in P2

In P2 we learn about the different seasons throughout the year. We went for a walk around the school grounds to look for signs of Winter. We had to wrap up as it was really cold outside!!

Stone Age Day

On Wednesday 7th November, 2012 P.5 had a Stone Age Day.  The classroom was set up like a museum with lots of artefacts and replicas of things that were available to the people of Mesolithic and Neolithic Ireland.  The children had fun  being archaeologists, grinding wheat on a Quern Stone, building a mottle and daub wall with willow branches, constructing New Grange-style bur
