Spanish Fiesta

The primary six class were able to attend a Spanish Fiesta in association with Belfast High School.  The children had been learning some basic Spanish in preparation for this.  When entering the Fiesta the children had to pass through passport control.  Then the children were split into 2 groups and were able to participate in a variety of activities.  The children worked on the geography of Spain and investigated countries where Spanish is spoken.  There was also a bureau de change, an art gallery, a craft corner, football, dancing and the much loved cafe.  The children had a great day, thank you to all the staff and pupils at Belfast High for such hard work.
